If anyone wants a tutorial on this, just put it in the comments below and I will make a high quality tutorial!
Hey, if anyone is interested on how I made this, I can do a tutorial, but only by popular demand! :) And in a couple weeks when I get my new computer... :)
WOW! A tutorial on this would certainly be nice since I have no idea how to make nature. How did you do it?????
It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it :) But tutorials are coming soon!!
Don't forget to shoot me a link to the tut once you've finished it. P.S. sorry for the delay in reply
Is there a tutorial out yet? I actually know, that the the plants are made with a particle system, and the background is a textured plane, but I'm curious on how that texture seems so realistic, and where you got it from (or did you make it yourself). Additionally, how is that amazing backlight made? P.S. sorry my english may not be perfect, it's not my native language ;)
I hope soon! I still need to get the software and a mic to record, so when I do, this will be the second tutorial I will do!
WOW! This is incredible! This is a very good photo-realistic shot. It just looks so real! How long did it take to render?
It took me about 10 min to render without any changes and the result is amazing
Thank you! And, it took about an hour and a half, maybe two hours to render, but that was on my old computer which was a mac mini :)
Hi Nickbrunner, is the tutorial out yet, and since you said this will be your second tutorial, where can i find your first one? Great work on everything?
Thanks! I am going to be making a tutorial on this soon! My first tutorial is on making a realistic ocean in Cycles, and it can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SnQa2ChXgo&feature=c4-overview&list=UU3zh5zWCjQpznotm5mYXmjQ
I'm gonna use it in my hobby/free-GPL game project, FAR Colony, to illustrate the winter season. I cannot point you to a screenshot since I'm working on the revamp of the user's interface for the Local Surface panel, but you can read the last dev post @ www.farcolony.com Of course I will put you in the game's credits once I use your asset, so it's will be in, in the next release of the game. Thanks for your great work!
WOW! look amazing bro, good job ;)
