This is my project for BlenderGuru's 2012 Christmas contest. Bar far my best creation yet, I'm rather proud of it (except the embers in the fireplace. they just look dumb. The ash is just meh. I would have spent more time on it, but I'm kinda busy at the moment.) I feel I owe credit to Reyn for the couch. Its not his, as the rules state all models have to be mine, but I took his and used it as a template, so its practically identical. The logs in the basket are NOT mine, credit goes to Danilius for his amazing wood cutting skills. I removed them in my submission, but I left them for this version. The blend is NOT Cycles ready. I wanted to set that up, but had no time.
Very nice! I see SOMEONE isnt for gun control :p Is that cycles? It was hard to tell, but I thought maybe, looking at the cup and the glasses.
