Cool! Very low poly but that's great for some things. If you wanted to rig it properly you'd have to change some of the deformable areas (armpits, knees, etc) into quads only. It's fine for the parts that remain static (helmet, padding) because they don't deform. That said, if you wanted to make a smoother model with subserf modifiers and such, you'd need to change the topology of almost everything. Good job though!
