    Hey can you please tell me how to use this model. I have put my model in the cylinder and changed the material but it's still not showing up in the render. Please help !!

    You need to make sure that if you insert your own object on a new layer (eg layer 5), you have to go to the layer options tab and make layer 5 a rendered layer.
