This model is a nude male body. A study the complete muscle topology done in traditional polygon modeling technique without any kind of sculpt soft. It's also done to deform muscles in animation.

Edited January 31, 2013Delete the subsurf then use decimate to reduce the poly count. Worked for me!

I'll take my chance trying to do do that directly from your base, hopefully I'll manage into doing something good to share, myself.
