This building is part of a project in progress. I'll try to update this work as improvements are developed and applied. The render was done using Cycles. Only one image to texturize the background which is packed althoug I think it could be improved with another appropriate image.
As you probably know, the building comprise three basic sections: the low level floor, any single apartment and the upper floor. The single apartment is duplicated by applying the mirror and the array modifier.
Ah, I almost forget: all the bushes were appended from a blend of the artist EugeneKiver, "low-poly foliege". Thanks him.
