Description:

I was browsing Blender Guru when I saw that Andrew made a tutorial about heat distortion a while ago. I decided to recreate the effect as a practice without reading the tutorial.

The result is pretty simple and pleasing. In the file, you will find a description of the node setup and everything else. I hope you will find it useful!
