This is a medieval house I made for use in a Unity game I was making but never finished.
The file is big for one house because the textures are pretty high res. For in-game use, there is another UV layer that you bake your high res textures too. So you can bake 3 or 4 1024x1024 or whatever you need for your defuse, normal, spec and reflection maps. The UV is all set up for baking you may have to swap the active UV and texture in the 2d Editor to see the effects on your model or to switch from the repeated high res textures to the baked textures.
