Description:

It's finally here!

I proudly represent my first Blender 2.66 testbuild1 Cycles Strand rendering, it's rendered in 1920x1080 & __500 __samples.

This Grass here used Smooth Curves mode in the particle settings, you must have the testbuild or wait till 2.66 version is out and you must change the feature set to Experimental.

NOTE: Please before you download, Like it to give others the chance to find it in the Most Favored List.

Actually it's not a cube, i separated them but in your case it's usually assigning the top of the cube as a vertex group and then make your grass grow only on your specified vertex group in the grass settings.

what do you mean? you took the top face off the cube, then added the hair particle system to it?
