Can you please tell me how you went about unwrapping the trunk? Whenever I unwrap it, the outcome is not as straight and orderly as your unwrap. Please help! Thanks in advance.

It's done by selecting a row in the UV image editor and scale the y to 0 so just hit s y 0 then pin it by hitting p, when you unwrap again it will keep those points where they are.
