I love this! I'm a diver who can't dive much lately, so now I can pretend I'm on a sci-fi submarine while I work... I did the bare minimum of UI customization when 2.66 came out, but thankyou for taking the time to do it properly.

What do you have activated to make the toolbars transparent. Every theme I load won't do that even though it's in the illustration.

It's not a part of the theme, you can set it in 'User Preferences' > 'System' > Change 'Window Draw Method' to 'Triple Buffer' then turn on 'region Overlap'.
