Sometimes you just need a basic round table with tablecloth. These are simply the cloth; there isn't really a table underneath it but you can't really tell. There is a glass top that you can remove as well. The cloth is UV-mapped so that you can just slap any texture on it and it should look fine. I've packed in a classic red-checked cloth texture and a green stripey cloth. The tables are about 24" (61cm) in diameter; one is 24" (61 cm) in height and the other is 30" (76.2 cm) in height. You can easily scale them to a larger size if needed. These are hand-modeled because I couldn't get the results I wanted with cloth...modeling it was far easier in fact. It is CC0 so go crazy with it.
It's nice but I wish people would mark the render engine correctly. It;'s getting annoying. Thi sis cycles, not internal.
Sorry @independentmayhem! I have now fixed the Renderer to say Cycles. My bad!
This model uses textures, but I discovered that elbrujodelatribu has used his procedural tablecloth (http://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/67488) and it works great! See it in action on his blog: http://elbrujodelatribu.blogspot.com/2013/04/tablecloth-fabric-material.html
