A model of a MAV from the game Battlefield 3. It is untextured but can be textured very easily for Cycles or Blender render. Each part of the MAV is its own object. Most of the parts are parented to the main body.

A rig is essentially a digital skeleton bound to the 3D mesh. Like a real skeleton, a rig is made up of joints and bones, each of which act as a "handle" that animators can use to bend the model into a desired pose.
What do you mean by rigged? If you mean ripped from the game files, then no. :) I just payed very close attention to reference screen shots that I took from in game. In fact, there is some geometry on my model that the in game one doesn't have, such as the indent for the caution label.
