I built a cartoonish witch character. Actually i did this on a request and this was an earlier concept. But i wanted to share it with you :-).
The Base Mesh of the witch has 18.751 Polys (triangle faces).
I included a simple Rig to make some poses or animations.
I also built just 3 simple shape keys for facial expression.
You can easily change the colors of everything in the Material Tab.
I just want to mention that you can scale the bones to shape the whole body. on the last Preview you see an example were i scaled the head bone.
