  Ah you don't know FlightGear :)

  FlightGear is a full open source simulator flight. To date version 2.10.0 is halfway between FS and XPlane. Obviously, it works on almost all platforms (Windows, GNU Linux, Mac OS X, BSD, etc. ....)
