Much inspired by Andrew Prices "City-Tutorial". Textures (from cgtextures) and Skymap not included but UV-prepared. Some different buildings with even more different roof-setups pretending a city through particle settings. As always in Blender - it could have much more detail (espec. roof design, texture variety & compositing) if one wants. If I continue working on this I

That is because the models you see on layer 1 are product of the particle simulator. The real models are on the last layer. If you want to modify/change/copy use those on layer 20. There are 5 real models with 4 variations each there. Hope this helps :)
The textures are pink after rendering, did you remember to put them in the file? Further, this city is amazing...
