EDIT: i added horns to them and i also added another pony, a alicorn for those who requested it.
Free to use for anything you want, make any mlp fim character or your own, no need to give credit, models are rigged, non textured (you can do that yourself) and have no eyes.
I figured sense many people do like/love/ or just want to mess with mlp, then iv decided to make a ok base, i used other pictures by Google search to see how the body looks so sorry if there a little odd. i know there are many people that have mlp characters but do not what to make there own model, no need to say reason, then here is a simple base they can use all they have to do is add there eyes, hair and what ever else there oc has.
The wings ARE detachable, meaning you can put them on the little pony if you do a little work, they do not have horns, all the bones are completely functional, if there are any mistakes please tell me ill try to fix them, you probs know more about mlp fim more than i do!

best i can tell you is, hit, tab, on the key board, then select what you want textured, (not the whole thing though) then hit 'u' and unwrap, beside it there should be uvi texturing, from there you can save the uvi pattern and export it to .png, just open the lay out in anthing that takes transparent images, gimp, photoshop,... color them, then put them back by reloading the image or replacing the image.
sorry if its a bit conmfusing, im not the best at telling how; the best way to learn is youtube tutorials.

its an example, not of a pony no, but its not hard to do what she is doing, just replace the dragon with a pony. most of my models now days i do using sculptris anyway... so i believe you can do it ^_^ it just takes a little practice!

Written April 21, 2016The arms and legs both attach directly to the spine. That makes ugly distortions in their chest when you spread their limbs out e.g. for a hug. There should be a rigid hip bone, and collar bone, that the arms and legs attach to. (Almost every pony model has this problem, though.)

Written February 27, 2021Im unsure, i've not toyed in pony 3D creator myself, and don't know how to set up quadruped models in VR chat sadly. the model and rig itself are very old though, so it would cause some complications. I suggest checking out youtube for tuorials and answers though!
