Most of you might have noticed there are two sets of numbers on model windows.
The first set of numbers is the new download counter, while the second set is the number of comments. You'll also notice that if you click on a model and go to it's page, right under the Title, next to the date also tells you how many downloads a model has gotten.
Unfortunately, these only tell us how many models have been downloaded since the implementation of the system which was yesterday Nov. 23. I'm super excited about this and also about the other things that are coming to Blendswap.com. I keep all your guy's email's about improvements for the site and what you would like the site to do, I haven't forgotten about you, and I'm working hard. There's BIG things coming.
I also have to thank Dolf of macouno.com who put this feature together for me, because he just wanting to help the community out. Amazing guy, amazing artist. Hit his site up, take a good while to look around, it is worth your time to check out one of the premier Blender artist. Also make sure to download his models on Blendswap.com too. There's no better way to learn I think than to dissect the work of a Pro. http://www.blendswap.com/3D-models/scenes/sentry/

Thanks again for all your guy's support, without you sharing your models and spreading the word about Blendswap.com this website would never have survived. I humbly thank you all. matthew/mofx
