About errors and downtime
Hi guys,
As many of you have noticed, there has been repeated downtime and errors on the site. This downtime is required every time I make a change to fix an error that has been reported. I'm trying to keep these to a minimum. I thank you for your patience while we get the new site working 100%.
Going along with this, many of you also noticed that there were some issues with search. These issues should now be resolved and you should be able to get accurate results. Thanks again for your patience while I resolved this issue.

Written July 27, 2019I would like to ask you something. I downloaded 5 items and I get 0 downloads remaining. When I looked in the "Download History" it showed that I downloaded a file 12 times in 7 seconds. I think this is an error. Thank you very much for your answer.

Written July 28, 2019Thank you very much. Anyway I wanted to try it again. I had 12 downloads remaining. I downloaded one item and now I have only 1 download. In the Download History it reported that I downloaded that particular file 17 times not just one time. So that weird glitch in the system continues to happen.
